"TimeMind" refers to the software, services, and various business functions included therein, legally owned and operated by Wuhan Quarkverse Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). TimeMind and its services are collectively referred to as "our products and/or services".

We understand that your personal privacy information is important to you, so we commit to protecting the personal information and privacy of users (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you") who use our products and services.

Our aim is to help you record, analyze, and use your time as conveniently as possible. Therefore, we collect minimal information about you and protect your privacy to the greatest extent possible.

Through this agreement, we want to explain to you our rules for collecting and using your personal information, and the ways we provide for accessing, correcting, deleting, and protecting this information, to better safeguard your rights.

User Data Storage

TimeMind does not have an account system, thus your data is stored locally on your phone or synced across devices via CloudKit. Backup and sync functionalities are completed by Apple's iCloud, and we do not have access to any data that can identify you personally. We do not provide cloud storage or synchronization services.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We collect and process all your personal data in accordance with relevant data protection laws, especially the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In the creation, development, and enhancement of our products and services, we may use the personal information collected as described below:

  • To provide and manage access to our services.
  • To offer new features or services.
  • Product optimization, performance enhancement, and troubleshooting.
  • Responding to your inquiries, comments, feedback, or issues.
  • Sending administrative information, such as information about services and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  • Preventing fraud, criminal activities, or misuse of our services.
  • Complying with legal regulations.

Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information

Under certain circumstances, we share your personal information with third parties as described below:

  • Legal requirements.

Data Protection

We use Bugly to collect production interaction and crash data. The data we collect is anonymous and not related to users.

Data Access

Users can delete their data from their devices in Settings - Data. Users can manage and delete their data in CloudKit through Settings - Data or System Settings.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies.

Data Retention

When users delete data from their devices, they can restore it from iCloud. When users delete data from iCloud, there is no way to recover it.

Third-Party SDK Services

TimeMind services may link to third-party social media or other services (including websites or other forms of service), including:

  • You can use the "Share" button to share certain content to third-party platforms (such as WeChat), which may collect your personal information (including your log information).
  • We provide links through advertisements or other means in our services, allowing you to access third-party services or websites;
  • Other instances of accessing third-party services. These third-party social media or other services are operated by the relevant third parties. If you need to use these third-party social media services or other services (including any personal information you provide to these third parties), you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties (not this "Privacy Policy"), so please read their terms carefully. Disclaimer

You agree that we shall not be liable for any loss suffered by users due to force majeure events affecting normal network operation such as government actions like policy or regulatory changes, natural disasters or wars, communication line interruptions, hacker attacks or computer virus intrusions, technical adjustments by telecommunications departments, temporary closures of websites due to government regulation, as well as deliberate sabotage by others, normal system maintenance, system upgrades, or network congestion causing delays, stalling, or errors in accessing our services.
