Thank you for using TimeMind #

"TimeMind" refers to software and services legally owned and operated by Wuhan Quarkverse Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Quarkverse Company" or "we"), including but not limited to the TimeMind software. The services provided by TimeMind and its various business functions are collectively referred to as "our products and/or services."

The TimeMind User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a contract between the user and us regarding the download, installation, copying, and use of our products and/or services. Please read and fully understand this service agreement before starting to use our products and/or services.

If you agree to this Agreement, or complete all registration/login procedures, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this Agreement, and have reached an agreement with us, becoming a TimeMind user. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, or cannot accurately understand the interpretation of the terms of this Agreement, please do not perform any subsequent operations related to the content of the terms, otherwise, any use and operational actions will be considered as acceptance of this Agreement.

Using the TimeMind products and services constitutes your agreement to the following terms of use.

For Personal Use Only #

TimeMind is intended for personal, non-commercial use by users. Any sale of TimeMind or any information, service, or software related to or derived from TimeMind must have permission from Quarkverse Company. If users have any comments on TimeMind or suggestions for improvement, they may propose them to us.

Intellectual Property Rights #

Users acknowledge that Quarkverse Company holds all rights to TimeMind, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" refer to all rights specified in laws such as patent laws, copyright laws, trade secrets laws, trademark laws, anti-unfair competition laws, and all applications, updates, extensions, and restorations thereof, whether now or hereafter implemented and effective globally. Users agree not to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from TimeMind, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of TimeMind. Users agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices of TimeMind Company or any third party.

User Responsibilities #

Software Usage Standards #

Users are responsible for their actions in using this software and related services. Unless permitted by law or prior written permission from the company, you must not engage in the following actions while using the TimeMind software and related services:

• Use any unauthorized plugins, add-ons, systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of TimeMind software and related services.
• Engage in any behavior that threatens computer network security with respect to TimeMind software and related services, including but not limited to:
  • Illegal intrusion into others' networks, interference with the normal functioning of others' networks, theft of network data, and other activities that endanger network security;
  • Providing software, tools specifically used for activities endangering network security such as intruding into networks, interfering with normal functions, and protective measures, stealing network data;
  • Providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, and other assistance knowing that others are engaging in activities that endanger network security;
  • Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
  • Accessing public computer networks or other people's computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information;
  • Attempting to probe, scan, test vulnerabilities of the "Note" system or network, or other acts that infringe network security;
  • Attempting to interfere with, disrupt the normal operations of the Quarkverse Company's systems or websites, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other actions that disrupt or interfere with normal network information services;
  • Forging TCP/IP packet names or part of names;
  • Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, compiling, or otherwise trying to discover the source code of TimeMind software;
  • Maliciously registering TimeMind software and related services accounts, including but not limited to frequent, batch registration of accounts;
  • Violating laws, this Agreement, the company's related rules, and infringing on others' legal rights. Quarkverse Company may independently judge and deal with your actions if there is reason to believe they violate or may violate the aforementioned agreements, and it has the right to terminate your service without prior notice and pursue legal liability.

Content Behavior Standards #

Using TimeMind must comply with national laws and regulations. Users promise never to send or disseminate information that violates national laws

and regulations or is uncivil through our products and/or services. Otherwise, we may delete or block the information posted by users according to the law or this Agreement, and have the right to take measures such as warnings, corrections within a deadline, and suspension of services depending on the circumstances. Such information includes but is not limited to:

• Opposing the basic principles established by the constitution;
• Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity, damaging national honor and interests;
• Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining national unity;
• Undermining the national religious policy, advocating cults and feudal superstitions;
• Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, undermining social stability;
• Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;
• Intimidating, insulting, attacking, slandering others, infringing on others' legal rights;
• Using the platform to engage in money laundering, stealing commercial secrets, stealing personal information, and other illegal and criminal activities;
• Publishing any content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights and other legal rights;
• Infringing on the legal rights of minors or harming the mental and physical health of minors;
• Spreading commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and spam;
• Containing other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and morals, interferes with the normal operations of the notes, or infringes on the legal rights of you or third parties.

User Privacy System #

Respecting users' personal privacy is a basic policy of Quarkverse Company. Quarkverse Company generally will not disclose, edit, or reveal users' registration information or the non-public content saved in Quarkverse Company's services, unless based on good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary under the following circumstances:

• Complying with relevant legal requirements, including providing users' posted information content, its posting time, internet address, or domain name when queried by national authorities.
• Maintaining the protection of TimeMind Company's intellectual property rights.
• Striving to maintain the privacy and safety of users and the public in emergency situations.
• Other circumstances Quarkverse Company deems necessary.

This policy explains how TimeMind processes your personal information and how your privacy is protected when you use TimeMind's related services. You agree to apply your data under the terms of TimeMind's privacy policy.

Service Changes #

Quarkverse Company reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the services without notifying the user. Users accept Quarkverse Company's right to exercise changes, interruptions, or termination of services, and Quarkverse Company is not responsible to the user or any third party.

Limitation of Liability #

Users understand and agree that they voluntarily choose to download and use TimeMind and all third-party software provided with or through TimeMind, and they bear the risk themselves. Users should bear all responsibility for any damage to computer systems or data loss caused by downloading or using TimeMind and such third-party software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quarkverse Company explicitly does not provide any other types of warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, completeness, virus-free, and error-free of any implied warranties and liabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quarkverse Company and its licensors do not make the following representations or warranties to you:

• That your use of the services will meet your needs;
• That your use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• That any information obtained by you through the services will be accurate or reliable;
• That defects in the operation or functionality of any software provided to you as part of the services will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quarkverse Company shall not be liable for any incidental, non-direct, special, or consequential damages or claims related to or arising from the use of TimeMind or in any way related to Quarkverse Company's products and services (including but not limited to damages for personal injury, privacy disclosure, failure to perform, including good faith or reasonable care, negligence, and any other pecuniary loss or other losses). The act of uploading by the user means that the user or the copyright owner represented by the user authorizes Quarkverse Company and its affiliates to save the content on the servers of TimeMind, but the user or the original copyright owner still retains the copyright of the uploaded works, and TimeMind Company shall not publish the uploaded works on other public channels without the permission of the user or the original copyright owner. If the user's use of **TimeMind

** involves other services provided by Quarkverse Company or its affiliated companies, the user must also comply with the corresponding service terms.

Indemnification #

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quarkverse Company, responsible for paying legal fees, damages, government penalties, and other infringement compensation costs arising from users' violation of this service terms or other service terms of Quarkverse Company.

Third-Party Products and Services #

This software may use third-party software or technology (including open-source code and public domain code used by this software, the same below), which has been legally authorized.

If this software uses third-party software or technology, we will display the relevant agreements or other documents according to the relevant regulations or agreements, possibly in the form of attachments to this agreement, in a specific folder of the software installation package, etc. These agreements or other documents displayed in various forms are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement. You should comply with these requirements. If you do not comply with these requirements, the third party or national authorities may sue you, fine you, or take other sanctions, and you should bear the legal responsibility yourself.

If any disputes arise from the third-party software or technology used by this software, it shall be resolved by the third party, and we do not assume any responsibility. We do not provide customer support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact the third party.

Automatic Renewal #

1. The initiation of continuous monthly (or yearly) membership services is based on the premise that you have activated TimeMind membership services, providing you with automatic membership renewal services. If you activate this service, it is considered that you authorize Wuhan Quarkverse Technology Co., Ltd. to deduct the next billing cycle's monthly (or yearly) fee from the iTunes account balance (hereinafter referred to as "account") when your TimeMind membership service is about to expire. If due to the aforementioned defects (including but not limited to: insufficient balance, balance insufficient to meet the user's choice of multiple continuous monthly services) the continuous monthly (or yearly) services cannot be satisfied, Wuhan Quarkverse Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to suspend or terminate your membership services without further notice. If you choose to cancel the continuous monthly (or yearly) service, you need to unsubscribe at least 24 hours before the membership expires, otherwise, the system will still automatically renew the membership for the next month (or next year). Unless the user violates national laws, regulations, or the provisions of this service terms, the user may choose to unsubscribe from the continuous monthly (or yearly) service, but the service fee for the current month (or year) when activated cannot be refunded.
2. If you choose the continuous monthly (or yearly) service, you may stop or terminate this service in the following way: Apple in-app purchase (IAP payment) automatic renewal user unsubscribe method as follows: Open the Apple phone "Settings" -> Enter "iTunes Store and App Store" -> Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions", and cancel the subscription for "Quarkverse Company Membership Service".
3. Wuhan Quarkverse Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to adjust the period, price, and related content of the existing member continuous monthly service according to the needs of users, product and service content changes, etc., to continuously improve and optimize the service. Legal and Agreement Updates #

According to the changes in national laws and regulations and the needs of website operations, we have the right to modify the terms of this agreement from time to time, and make it public according to the requirements of national laws and regulations. The modified agreement will take effect after being made public and replace the original agreement. You should pay attention to and read the latest version of the agreement and website announcements from time to time. If you do not agree with the updated new agreement, you have the right to immediately stop using our products and/or services. If you continue to use our products and/or services, it is considered that you fully agree to the updated agreement. If any provision of this agreement is adjudicated by a judicial or administrative body to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed separable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The above terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, both the user and Quarkverse Company agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the local people's court.
